HEY, I'm MADDI.

Maddi.

I’m a dietitian, ex-binge eater, and recovered food critic who knows exactly what it feels like to be powerless around food.

I'm also the Founder of Sweet Spot Health, an online clinic that helps humans with disordered eating and eating disorders find their sweet spot with food.

Here at Sweet Spot Health, we’re not just another team of dietitians. We’re humans that are here to help you get it together around food, body image and movement so that you can say a big “stuff you” to diet BS and develop a sustainable way to care for your health.

I know exactly what it’s like to navigate the bumpy terrain of diets, body image, and disordered eating. 

I’ve danced with the binge eating demons, performed the yo-yo diet tango and confronted my own battles with disordered eating to (thankfully) get to the light at the end of the tunnel to help others do just the same.
