Maddi Parsons is your go-to for ditching diet BS and finding that sweet spot with food. As an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Maddi graduated from the University of Wollongong, where she earned her Bachelor in Nutrition Science in 2018 and followed up with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2021.

She’s all about using Intuitive Eating and non-diet nutrition to help you break free from rigid food rules and develop a sustainable way to care for your health—because life’s too short for counting calories.

When you work with Maddi, expect a mix of kindness, empathy, and straight talk. She’s all about evidence-based practices, arming you with the tools you need to kick diet culture to the curb, rekindle your love affair with food, and give unrealistic societal beauty standards the cold shoulder.

Clients say her approach is like having a friend who’s got your back—always supportive, but not afraid to be direct when you need it. Maddi’s goal? To empower you to take ownership of your health, and she’ll be your biggest cheerleader every step of the way.

With a keen interest in eating disorder recovery, disordered eating, women’s health, and ADHD/Autism nutrition, Maddi’s approach is all about making nutrition work for you, not the other way around.

When she’s not helping clients find their sweet spot with food, you’ll find Maddi enjoying her two fave foods—salmon and chocolate gelato (because why choose just one?). She’s all about coffee catch-ups with friends, making a mess in the kitchen, and long, lazy lunches on the weekend. Oh, and one fun fact? Maddi was recently diagnosed with ADHD, and she’s navigating that journey with the same straightforward, no-nonsense approach she brings to her practice.

Maddi is available Tuesday to Thursday (miranda + online) + Fridays (online only)
