A Sydney-based clinic that helps humans with disordered eating and eating disorders find their sweet spot with food.
Here at Sweet Spot Health, we’re not just another team of dietitians. We’re humans first — and we use the principles of non-diet nutrition, neuro-affirming practice, and weight-inclusive care to help you get it together around food, body image, and movement.
Our mission? To support you in building a sustainable way to care for your physical, mental, and emotional health – without the guilt, food rules, or diet culture noise.

If you're unsure who might be the best fit, we can help. Just fill out the form below and we’ll get back to you ASAP with the dietitian we think is the best match for your needs.

I founded Sweet Spot Health because I know what it’s like to navigate the bumpy terrain of diets, body image, and disordered eating. It’s a world where the loudest voices are often the least helpful, and I wanted to change that. My personal journey is not too unfamiliar from many others, perhaps even you.
And confronted my own battles with disordered eating to (thankfully) get to the light at the end of the tunnel. These experiences are all too familiar in an industry fixated on unattainable societal beauty standards, turning a blind eye to the challenges we endure. Through personal growth, professional education and a dash of rebellion, I found my calling, my passion, my purpose: to support others experiencing food and body image issues in getting back to feeling good. I’ve trodden through guilt, shame, and relentless food thoughts, I’ve come out the other side and now? I help others do just the same.
My goal? To arm you with the tools to kick diet culture to the curb, rekindle your love affair with food, and give unrealistic societal beauty standards the cold shoulder. We are committed to supporting those experiencing disordered eating and eating disorders in finding their sweet spot with food and breaking free from the chains of diet culture, where your worth isn’t dictated by numbers. We do this in a few ways which you can learn more about by clicking here.
We mix together lived experience with professional development and sprinkle in a touch of human-ness and connection in an ever so clinical world, to deliver you an experience that inspires you to embrace a more inclusive, compassionate and empowering approach to finding your sweet spot with food and your body.

Connection is at our core. We understand the real needs of people struggling with disordered eating and eating disorders and bring together a unique blend of personal experience and professional expertise to ensure that our clients always feel seen and heard throughout their journey with us.
We don’t speak clinical; we speak human. And we work damn hard to create a space where people feel safe openly sharing their challenges, fears and goals without judgement. We hate to brag but we think our team embodies the very best of human qualities - demonstrating warmth, kindness, compassion and respect with every interaction. And together, we’re dedicated to building a community that thrives not only on real human connection but sticking the middle finger to diet BS too.
We believe that empowerment is the key to unlocking positive change and we’re dedicated to doing just that. Through the principles of Intuitive Eating and non-diet nutrition, we will help you find your sweet spot with food by equipping you with the knowledge and tools you need to find a sustainable and enjoyable way to care for your health. We will never dictate. Instead? We collaborate. And we act as educators, cheerleaders and sounding boards, to foster a supportive space for you to navigate your health journey through weight-inclusive frameworks. From self-paced courses to
group programs and personalised nutrition programs, we’ve made sure that there is something to suit everyone here. The goal? To empower you to seek support in a way that feels good to you. Pretty cool, huh?
We are a new voice in a traditionally conservative space. Our dietitians break the mould by demonstrating that relatability and professionalism can coexist. We bring a different experience to conventional dietetic consults by taking the focus away from numbers, weight loss and meal plans, and shift the emphasis toward helping clients discover what good health means to them. We promise to lead change in conversations surrounding disordered eating and eating disorders and will work relentlessly to destigmatise these topics until we arrive at a place where it’s cool to reject the harmful influence of diet culture. Our unique approach is bold, it’s brave and it challenges the status quo. Our hope? That you are inspired to join us in embracing a more inclusive, compassionate and empowering approach to finding your sweet spot with food and your body.
