Jess is a non-diet dietitian who is all about cutting through the BS and helping her clients find a balanced, sustainable way of eating that actually fits their lifestyle. She creates a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, understood and empowered to make lasting changes.
Taking a collaborative approach, Jess loves helping clients connect with their "why" and align their goals with their values. In particular, Jess enjoys building long-term relationships and meeting clients wherever they are on their journey.
Grounded in empathy and curiosity, Jess has a special interest in disordered eating and eating disorders. She is passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food and body, moving away from rigid food rules and towards a way of eating that feels flexible, intuitive and sustainable.
Outside of work, you'll usually find Jess trying new recipes (often something from Ottolenghi or Recipetin Eats) or baking (always using real butter when the recipe calls for it!). When she's not in the kitchen she also enjoys heading to a pilates class, getting lost in a good book or discovering a new restaurant somewhere in Sydney.
