Meet Sophia, your guide to ditching diet rules and finding a sweeter, more sustainable way to nourish yourself—no BS included. With a Bachelor in Medical Science and a Master in Nutrition and Dietetics from The University of Sydney, Sophia knows her stuff when it comes to helping you feel good in your body and mind.

Sophia’s approach? It’s all about keeping it real and personal. She’s here to arm you with practical, evidence-based nutrition advice that actually works for your life. Whether you’re tackling eating disorder recovery, sorting out your gut health, or just trying to figure out how to make food feel good again, Sophia’s got your back.

Clients say working with her is like having a chat with a friend—one who’s got your best interests at heart and knows her stuff.

Her areas of interest include eating disorder recovery, disordered eating, gut health, and paediatrics. Sophia’s mission is simple: help you break free from rigid food rules and build a balanced, sustainable lifestyle that leaves you feeling awesome inside and out.

When she’s not helping clients find their sweet spot with food, Sophia’s soaking up the sun at the beach, cooking up new recipes, or getting in some reformer pilates. She’s also a total peanut butter fan and loves hanging out with her friends, family, and her dog. And fun fact: Sophia’s pretty good at archery—because who says dietitians can’t have some hidden talents?
