Emma is your go-to for finding peace with food, body, and health, without all the diet culture rules. She’s an Accredited Practising Dietitian who graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Class I Honours).

Emma’s passion for this work comes from her own lived experience with an eating disorder. She knows how painful it feels to struggle in silence and not be truly heard. Emma is committed to being the kind of clinician she once needed: someone who will listen with compassion, understand the complexity of recovery, and support you in creating a relationship with food and your body that feels safe, freeing, and sustainable.

Her approach blends non-diet nutrition, intuitive eating, and weight-inclusive care. With special interests in eating disorder recovery, disordered eating, and gastrointestinal health, Emma works with her clients to ease the stress around eating, quiet the inner food police, and build habits that feel good in the real world, not just on paper.

When you work with Emma, expect warmth, honesty, and genuine understanding. She’ll hold space for your story, but she’ll also give you the practical tools and strategies to find your “sweet spot”, one that lasts far beyond the clinic room.

When she’s not working with clients, Emma loves spending time outdoors walking her dog Bella, catching up with friends on a run, or discovering new restaurants to try. She also enjoys slowing down with needle-based crafts, which she finds both calming and creative.
